Our English bulldog was having an abdominal crisis and Dr. Elizabeth Kelly wisely recognized the real emergency wasn’t the orthopedic issue (that was also bothering him). Our baby bloated and twisted his stomach, and was so old with many ailments, and likely organ damage, that we let him go. I cannot fully express how grateful I am to the staff for the way they handled this, from start to end. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, but it was an emotional time. Very attentive and kind staff. Important labs were drawn and analyzed in house, on the spot. X-rays and lab results were emailed with ease. The office is wonderful, clean and love the covered porch outside and the thoughtful water and snacks (for people) was much appreciated when you’re focused for hours on your fur baby. I’m so thankful this practice was so close to us. They even have a little vet ambulance! 🚑 kudos for that. We miss our baby and are heartbroken, but we could not have asked for a better experience, given the horrible situation. Bless you all. For fur parents, plug this place into your phone contacts for when you need it. They are staffed “with the lights on” all night. Thank you for that.
